Christmas 2021 Delivery Times from SnowPaw Store

Christmas is coming, so don’t forget to order early to avoid any disappointment. For Christmas Gifts we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option (Standard or Express Shipping) to ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas.

Please order early for gifts for Christmas, particularly for International deliveries.  

Opening Times

21st December - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on STANDARD Shipping, orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
22nd - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on EXPRESS Shipping orders must be placed BEFORE 12noon for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
23rd December - Last Dispatch before Christmas (orders will NOT arrive in time for Christmas) orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the 29th December
24th - 28th December - Our Warehouse will be closed.
29th - 30th December - Open as usual - orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the 4th January.
31st December - 3rd January - Our Warehouse will be Closed
4th January - Back to Normal

We will aim to dispatch all orders within a suitable timeframe between Christmas and New Year, however we will not be able to guarantee delivery times during this period.

Normal office hours and deliveries will resume 4th January 2022.

*Guaranteed Dispatch for items held in stock, items that require ordering in (Certain Ruffwear products for example) are clearly marked in the Product Descriptions.

Our Christmas 2021 shipping deadlines are as follows. Please place your orders before 12pm on the relevant deadline to ensure we can dispatch the order for you for Christmas delivery. 

Orders placed after these deadlines will still be dispatched, but can not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Economy Delivery - Friday 17th December 1pm

Standard Delivery - Tuesday 21st December 1pm

Express Delivery - Wednesday 22nd December 12noon

International Airmail

Due to the ongoing Covid restrictions and IOSS customs delays across Europe, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. Therefore we recommend placing orders for Christmas gifts as early as possible as we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas certainly not after the below dates. 

Monday 6th December - Australia Greece, Italy, New Zealand and Portugal

Wednesday 8th December - Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Far and Middle East

Friday 10th December - Cyprus, Malta, Sweden, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia), Turkey 

Monday 13th December - Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland and USA

Thursday 16th December - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
