Christmas 2022 Delivery Times from SnowPaw Store

Christmas is coming, so don’t forget to order early to avoid any disappointment. For Christmas Gifts we recommend selecting a our Express shipping option (This is a Next Day Courier service) to ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas.

Please order early for gifts for Christmas, particularly for International deliveries.  

Opening Times

16th December - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on STANDARD Shipping, orders must be placed BEFORE 12noon for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
21st - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on EXPRESS Shipping orders must be placed BEFORE 2pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
22nd December - Last Dispatch before Christmas (orders may not arrive in time for Christmas) orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the 28th December
23rd - 27th December - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be closed.
28th - 30th December - Open as usual - orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
Orders placed after 1pm on 30th will be dispatched on the 3rd January.
31st December - 2nd January - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be Closed
3rd January - Back to Normal

We will aim to dispatch all orders within a suitable timeframe between Christmas and New Year, however we will not be able to guarantee delivery times during this period.

Normal office hours and deliveries will resume 3rd January 2023.

*Guaranteed Dispatch for items held in stock, items that require ordering in (Certain Ruffwear products for example) are clearly marked in the Product Descriptions.

Due to the ongoing Royal Mail Strikes and IOSS customs delays across Europe, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. Therefore we recommend placing orders for Christmas gifts as early as possible as we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas certainly not after the below dates. 

Friday 7th October - British Virgin Islands, Dominica and Anguilia

Thursday 1st December - Australia and New Zealand 

Friday 2nd December - China (People's Republic)

Monday 5th December - All remaining Caribbean destinations, Africa, Asia (Except China People's Republic), Central and South America, Far and Middle East

Tuesday 6th December - Cyprus and Malta

Thursday 8th December - Greece, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia) and Turkey

Friday 9th December - Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, USA and Canada

Saturday 10th December - Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
