That's why we all love our dog sport right? Because when we run, bike, scoot, hike or sled with them on the other end of a leash or line, we feel connected to our four legged best mate!
Launched in 2010 the brand Arctic Wolf was established to provide a constantly growing range of equipment for active dogs and owners as the dog sporting world started to become more mainstream. Stuart Malcolmson (Owner and Director) comes from a mountaineering background so used his knowledge of climbing kit to develop the equipment - so it's built to last! They have designed and created a fantastic range of lines and long lasting, comfortable collars, leads, dog wear and harnesses in lightweight, strong and quick drying materials that are popular the world over.
Arctic Wolf is proud to be a 100% Made in Britain dog sport brand and are members of the Made in Britain alliance. They design and manufacture top quality dog sport equipment and accessories on the edge of the beautiful Peak District National Park in Derbyshire. Over 90% of their raw materials are made in the UK too, by family owned companies! They manufacture top quality gear for owners and dogs who want to get outdoors and get active together, utilising some of the best of British technical materials. We also love them because of their sustainable approach - no plastic packaging instead they use reuseable net bags, hooray!
The team at Arctic Wolf are passionate about dogs and dog sports and this passion really shines through in the eye to detail within the design, we especially love the interwoven reflective threads in a lot of their leads and lines that increase visibility at night. You just know that idea came on a dark and muddy night run!
Our favourite products (at the moment anyway!) has to be.... the Adventure Range... the harness was over 12 months in design, testing and development and is perfect for days out hiking in the hills, canicross, agility, flyball and many other active dog sports. And who can resist a matching lead and collar with the aforementioned reflective threads!
