Christmas is coming, so don’t forget to order early to avoid any disappointment. 

Please order early for gifts for Christmas, particularly for International deliveries.  

Please note for items that are not held in stock for example Dog Runner Treadmills, Gravity Scooters, some Ruffwear products etc there may be further delays in delivery due to Office Christmas Shutdowns. For these products we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. 

Warehouse Operating Times & Deadlines for UK Deliveries

• Friday 20th December - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on UK Shipping, orders must be placed BEFORE 12noon for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
• Monday 23rd December - Last Dispatch before Christmas (orders unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas) orders placed after 12noon will be dispatched on the 27th December
• Tuesday 24th - Thursday 26th December - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be closed.
• Friday 27th December, Monday 30th & Tuesday 31st - Open as usual - orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 1pm on 31st December will be dispatched on the 2nd January.
• 1st January - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be Closed
• 2nd January - Back to Normal

 

We will aim to dispatch all orders within a suitable timeframe between Christmas and New Year, however we will not be able to guarantee delivery times during this period.

Normal office hours and deliveries will resume Thursday 2nd January 2025.

*Guaranteed Dispatch for items held in stock, items that require ordering in (Certain Ruffwear products for example) are clearly marked in the Product Descriptions.

Due to the high volumes and winter weather conditions all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. We recommend placing orders for Christmas gifts as early as possible as we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas certainly not after the below dates.
