Christmas is coming, so don’t forget to order early to avoid any disappointment. 

Please order early for gifts for Christmas, particularly for International deliveries.  

Please note for items that are not held in stock for example Dog Runner Treadmills, Gravity Scooters, some Ruffwear products etc there may be further delays in delivery due to Office Christmas Shutdowns. For these products we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. 

Warehouse Operating Times & Deadlines for UK Deliveries

• Friday 19th December - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on UK Economy Shipping, orders must be placed BEFORE 12noon for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
• Monday 22nd December - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on UK Express Shipping, orders must be placed BEFORE 12noon for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
• Tuesday 23rd December - Last Dispatch before Christmas (orders will not arrive in time for Christmas) orders placed after 12noon will be dispatched on the 29th December
• Wednesday 24th - Sunday 29th December - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be closed.
• Monday 29th December Warehouse and Showroom Open as usual - orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
• Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st December Showroom Closed  -- orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 1pm on 30th December will be dispatched on the 5th January.
• 31st December - 4th January - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be Closed
• 5th January - Back to Normal

 

We will aim to dispatch all orders within a suitable timeframe between Christmas and New Year, however we will not be able to guarantee delivery times during this period.

Normal office hours and deliveries will resume Monday 5th January 2026.

*Guaranteed Dispatch for items held in stock, items that require ordering in (Certain Ruffwear products for example) are clearly marked in the Product Descriptions.
