The DuraCoat® is a medium weight dog coat. The coat is constructed out of three layers of material. It features a durable, water repellant and windproof outer shell, polyester filling, and soft fleece lining. Velcro closure belly strap, reflective tape for enhanced night safety. Howling Dog Alaska logo embroidered on the side. Popular by pet dog owners, hunting dog owners, and mushers alike! Tested and used in 1000 mile long sled dog races!
This coat will layer nicely with our Hybrid Running Jacket or with any of our chest protectors.

Measure the neck circumference at the base of the neck (just above shoulder blades):
- XXS: 16 inches
- XS: 17 inches
- S: 18 inches
- M: 19 inches
- L: 20 inches
- XL: 21 inches
- XXL: 22 inches
Measure the length of the back from just above the shoulder blades to the end of the body:
- XXS: 17 in., body weight 7-9 kg.
- XS: 19 in., body weight 9-13 kg.
- S: 21 in., body weight 14-18 kg.
- M: 23 in., body weight 18-22 kg.
- L: 25 in., body weight 23-27 kg.
- XL: 28 in., body weight 27-31 kg.
- XXL: 30in., body weight 29-34kg
Not sure about the size? It is always better for the coat to be a little longer than too short. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO GO WITH A COAT THAT IS ONE SIZE LARGER THAN THE GIVEN BODY LENGTH MEASUREMENT.
