Christmas 2023 Delivery Times from SnowPaw Store

Christmas is coming, so don’t forget to order early to avoid any disappointment. 

Please order early for gifts for Christmas, particularly for International deliveries.  

 

Warehouse Operating Times & Deadlines for UK Deliveries

  • Monday 18th December - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on STANDARD Shipping, orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
  • Wednesday 20th December - Last Dispatch day for UK Christmas Deliveries on EXPRESS Shipping orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
  • Friday 22nd December - Last Dispatch before Christmas (orders unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas) orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the 27th December
  • Saturday 23rd - Tuesday 26th December - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be closed.
  • Wednesday 27th - Friday 29th December - Open as usual - orders must be placed BEFORE 12noon for Guaranteed* same day dispatch.
  • Orders placed after Noon on 29th December will be dispatched on the 2nd January.
  • 30th December - 1st January - Our Warehouse and Showroom will be Closed
  • 2nd January - Back to Normal

 

We will aim to dispatch all orders within a suitable timeframe between Christmas and New Year, however we will not be able to guarantee delivery times during this period.

Normal office hours and deliveries will resume Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

*Guaranteed Dispatch for items held in stock, items that require ordering in (Certain Ruffwear products for example) are clearly marked in the Product Descriptions.

International Airmail

Due to the high volumes and winter weather conditions all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. We recommend placing orders for Christmas gifts as early as possible as we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas certainly not after the below dates. 

Wednesday 6th December - Africa, Asia, Australia, Central and South America, Bulgaria, Caribbean, China (People's Republic) Far and Middle East, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal and Spain

Thursday 7th December - Cyprus and Malta

Friday 8th December - Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eastern Europe, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and USA
